Kyoto (take two)

I went back to Kyoto with a few friends, including two who are new to Japan and hadn’t been yet. I went to some places again, like kinku-ji, and I went to places I missed last time, like gingaku-ji, Fushimi-inari, a craft festival on the grounds of a Buddhist temple, and Ryôan-ji. We also made it back to a kebab restaurant, ate Auntie Annes, and had a great breakfast at a cafe called Mountain Cat (if translated). We even stopped at a club called Butterfly but just for a short time before the last bus back. We stayed in Kyoto this time and we really enjoyed the place we stayed. We had a Japanese style tatami room with futons–so basically it was like a big sleepover.
